The 2010 San Antonio Pet Expo announces partnership with AAPAW & Talk About It - The San Antonio No-Kill Initiative
Mega-Adoption event added to the Expo!

The San Antonio Pet Expo is coming to Freeman Coliseum on Saturday, July 31st. In celebration of the Talk About It No-Kill Initiative launching on August 1st, the Expo has partnered with the Talk About It team and AAPAW (Alamo Area Partners for Animal Welfare) to hold a mega-adoption event during the show. Over 200 pets will be available for adoption during the San Antonio Pet Expo. In addition, we have added some additional entertainment, contests and prizes that will be announced in the coming weeks.

Those attending the event with pets will also find low-cost and discounted vaccinations, free pet nail-trimming and more.

The San Antonio Pet Expo is a one-day event that attendees can enjoy – whether they want to shop, play, learn or adopt, there is something for everyone. Great entertainment will be available for both the four and two-legged; from agility to pet fashion shows, fun won’t be in short supply.  This show is an opportunity for guests to not only learn something - and hopefully be inspired - but also to have a day out with the whole family (and that includes their pet). It's a one-stop shop for pet owners or those wanting to be pet owners - from grooming to training to collars to adoption to nutrition to veterinary care; any resource that you could possibly need as a pet owner can be found in one place on one day.
